Based in historic downtown Monticello Illinois, located inside The Brown Bag Deli.  Our families have been baking pies, cookies, cakes, and other baked goods for many generations.  Now, we bring our extensive collection of delicious down home recipes to your customers or family.

Pies by Inge has provided baked goods to Monticello and the surrounding areas since 1990. Our desserts are featured at The Brown Bag Deli, Whisk Coffee & Wine Bar, TLC Coffee House, 121 Coffee Run and The Champaign Country Club. The business began with an emphasis primarily on pie, but now offers a wide selection of desserts to tempt any sweet tooth.
