Pies by Inge - Based in historic downtown Monticello Illinois, located inside The Monarch Event Center.  My family has been baking pies, cookies, cakes, and other baked goods for many generations.  Now, I bring our extensive collection of delicious down home recipes along with all of the original "Inge" recipes to our customers and families.

We make everything fresh from scratch in small batches using only the finest ingredients. We bake the old-fashioned way without the use of preservatives or stabilizers so our desserts are meant to be enjoyed fresh from the oven.

Two days' notice is appreciated for most orders, but feel free to give me a call to see if we can accommodate your needs.

Pies by Inge has provided baked goods to Monticello and the surrounding areas since 1990. Our desserts are featured at The Brown Bag Deli, Whisk Coffee & Wine Bar, TLC Coffee House, 121 Coffee Run and Moon Bean Coffee. The business began with an emphasis primarily on pie, but now offers a wide selection of desserts to tempt any sweet tooth.
